● Cashback is not paid out in cash but applied as a credit toward future invoices.
● Cashback rewards are based solely on the total amount won at auction by the referred within 12 weeks starting from the first week of eligible auction participation. (Commission, shipping fees, and other charges are not counted towards the total.)
*“First week of eligible auction” refers to the first auction held after the Aucnet ID has been issued and the referred has been officially notified by email.
● Only auction purchases are eligible. “Buy It Now,” “Brand Hub,” “Mall,” and “Quick Purchase” are excluded.
● Free return rewards are available for items won within 8 weeks starting from the first week of eligible auction participation.
● Returned items are not counted toward the cashback reward total.
Return Policy for New Members

● Items won during the first 8 consecutive auction sessions starting from your eligible participation week are returnable
● Returns must be requested within 10 days of the invoice date
● Only items in original condition are eligible
● Refund for returned items will not be transferred to your bank account. Instead, the amount will be applied toward the payment of your future purchases.
● Returns requested more than 10 days after the invoice release date will not be accepted unless there is a valid reason. Additionally, no returns will be accepted once cashback rewards have been granted.

How to Join with a Referral
1. Go to our registration form
2. Please fill out your information
3. In the “Survey” section, select “Other” and enter the referrer’s information:
[Referrer’s Aucnet ID (K891xxx)], [Referrer’s Company Name], [Referrer’s Name]

4. After the initial review, we will send a contract via Cloudsign
5. Once you confirm the contract, we will email you your Aucnet ID within 2-3 days
Rules and Terms
- This campaign is open only to referrers and referred members based in regions covered by Aucnet Europe.
- Membership submissions must be completed between August 18 and September 19, 2025.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals each referrer (existing Auctnet member) can make.
- “First eligible auction” refers to the first auction held after the Aucnet ID has been issued and the referred has been officially notified by email.
- If participation in the referral program was not stated at the time of registration, a subsequent application is still permitted. However, auctions that took place before the referral was registered will not be counted retroactively toward rewards.

Campaign Participation Examples
Below are some examples of campaign participations:
- If your first eligible auction is on August 26
- Period for returns: until October 14 (8 sessions)
- Period eligible for cashback: until November 11 (12 sessions)
If your eligible auction participation week is nearer to the end of the campaign, you may not be able to take full advantage of the cashback period!
- For example, if your first eligible auction is on October 21
- Period for returns: until December 9 (8 sessions)
- Period eligible for cashback: until December 16 (9 sessions)
Ethical Use Required
Any unethical behavior is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
● Returning items that have been intentionally damaged or swapped
● Signing up under the same household to obtain referral rewards
● Any other action that violates the spirit of the program
If such behavior is detected, both the referrer and the referred member may be subject to penalties, including restrictions on future auction participation.
